Our products are cosmetic products as defined by Regulation (EC) No 1223\/2009<\/a>. All product descriptions, images, and information on the Site are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

All prices are listed in EURO and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit\/Debit Card, ApplePay.

5. Ordering and conclusion of contract<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer warrants that they are of legal age, possessing full legal capacity to place orders.
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute an order or reserve the product.
An order is an offer by you to buy our products. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we send you an Order confirmation email<\/strong>. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before this confirmation (e.g., for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
Lumessentials will issue an invoice for the purchased Products, upon acceptance of the order by the courier, sending it by email to the Customer. No changes in the data will be possible after the invoice itself is issued.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

6. Delivery <\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery costs and options (e.g., standard, tracked) will be specified at checkout.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
For EU cross-border sales, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be levied by your country, as the goods are shipped from [Your Country].<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

7. Right of withdrawal<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period:<\/strong> The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a nominee you designate) physically receive the goods.
Exercise of right:<\/strong> To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to our contact details in Section 2). You may use the model withdrawal form found in the Annex to the Consumer Rights Directive, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal:<\/strong> If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Return of goods:<\/strong> You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods<\/strong>. Goods must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with packaging.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

8. Returns of faulty goods<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@lumessentials.skin<\/a>. We will comply with all applicable statutory warranty rights.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

9. Liability<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our liability for losses you suffer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not liable for business losses or any loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breach. A Product Information File (PIF)<\/strong> is available for each product and can be provided to competent authorities upon request.
For safety information, a full list of ingredients (INCI), and usage instructions, please refer to the product packaging or its listing on our Site.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

12. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Italy. For consumers, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any use, even partial, of the same is forbidden without prior written authorization from Lumessentials, in favor of which are reserved, exclusively, all the related rights.
Any use of the contents and materials of the Site that is intended to train artificial intelligence (AI) systems, as well as the use of automated data scraping means, is strictly prohibited.
