It is not a single ingredient \u2013 it is a sophisticated blend of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and inositol phospholipids. Primary functions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Skin barrier integration:<\/strong> Phospholipids are the primary structural components of cell membranes.
