We’re real humans behind our products. We genuinely enjoy hearing from you – your experiences, your questions, your skin stories. Your success stories of unlearning what harmful beatury standards and endoctrination by the beauty industry. But let’s be crystal clear about what this space is for.

・ Rudeness disguised as “honesty”

The consequences are simple: Step out of line once and you’re out. No warnings. No second chances. We’re not waiting for social media platforms to step in and moderate. Let’s be real, when do they ever moderate anything that doesn’t serve their own bottom line? We’re the moderators. And we intend to keep this community safe.
We will block and remove without discussion. This is our space and we intend keep it safe. If that costs us a customer, so be it. Our values are not for sale.
